Kim Kardashian Menswear Outfit Inspiration

I love Kim Kardashian, I mean her sense of fashion is everything! So when I figured out that the Houston Area Urban League Gala had a “Mission Possible” theme, I knew that I wanted to channel my inner Kim K, with the menswear inspired outfit that she wore in the “Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s” promotional pictures.  Kim Kardashian menswear is like no other…it’s still sexy, still tailored, but still Kim K. I already had a sequin blazer, so I just needed to complete the rest of my tuxedo—which was actually kinda hard. Shout out to us thicky thick girls who have a hard time fitting trousers!

I was so busy working at the Houston Area Urban League Gala that I neglected to take an individual picture aka “a selfie” of my outfit. Dang. But you know that I always have a camera with me so I did manage to get some pictures with some cool people at the gala…you can see my outfit in those pictures.

Could you get a good look at my outfit? I hope so. I’ll try to get some selfies next time, but you get the picture…I was Kim K!  I really liked this outfit. I still looked like my normal self, but it was professional and comfortable enough for me to work in.  What do you think?

    ILOVED this outfiit. Its soo cute yet sexy at the same time. Im a big fan of the MensWear for Women movement. My inspiration is Janelle Monae. You should def check her out!
